Posted Motorola specifications for the fiercely anticipated smartphone Droid Bionic yesterday, but then quickly removed from the page on the company website. The cached version of the page still exists, though, and confirms what people expect from Bionic have long known: The phone has features that are most likely to be as tablets, let alone phones.

The spec page confirms Bionic Texas Instruments OMAP4430 has a 1 GHz dual-core processor with 1 GB of RAM (for comparison, the iPad 2, only 512 MB of RAM). The rear camera is valued at 8 megapixels, while the front camera is VGA. It has an HDMI 1.4 output to reflect the phone screen on a bigger screen. It runs Android 2.3.4 "gingerbread" and, oh yes, it is equipped to run on Verizon high-speed data networks LTE.

Although the name of the phone are given as "Bionic Droid XT865," the picture seems to be a generic Motorola. A release date for Bionic rumor was was Aug. 4, but Motorola said it would release Bionic Droid in September.

Completing the glasses, Bionic has 32GB of memory, which can be combined with a microSDHC card (with the possible addition of up to 64 GB of more). Bionic was announced in January, when the CES PCMag got his first workout with the phone. The alleged leaked advertisement can not be leaked to the price of the phone, said to be $ 300.
