
We have heard of Motorola Droid Bionic since its first show at CES in January, the unit was scheduled to begin earlier this year and was delayed several times, and there had even been rumors that it would be canceled.
The last I heard was that the Bionic droid for sale in September, and has now been discovered in Motorola's support site and complete specifications, the page was removed, but the cached version is still available here.
Now we have more details on the specifications of the Droid Bionic including Gingerbread Android 2.3.4, a 4.3-inch touch screen with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels QHD more CDMA, EVDO and 802.11 b / g / n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and more.
Other requirements are 1 GHz processor TI OMAP 4430, plus a 1GB memory and 32 GB of built-in storage is also a microSD card slot, which can last up to 32GB cards, bumping the total storage of 64 GB.
The Bionic Droid comes with an 8 megapixel camera in the rear with an LED flash, autofocus and 4x digital zoom, the camera will be able to record HD video in 1080p at 30 fps.
Up front is a VGA camera for video chat, there's also an accelerometer, magnetometer, proximity sensor, light sensor, gyro and a barometer, and A-GPS and compass.
We have all the details on pricing yet, and still have no exact release date confirmed by Motorola, but the release date of the last report we heard was September 8.
